Kathy is CEO/CTO for Digital Solutions Consulting, LLC.  She has more than 25 years of technology experience and is a known innovator and disruptor.  She values the creative problem solving and the critical thinking that drives a good technology solution.  She has a knack for practical IT strategies, enterprise architectures, product roadmaps and execution plans that lead to tangible results.  Her experience includes:  IT transformation, vendor evaluation and integrations, architecture and program governance (TOGAF), low code development, security, Agile structures and tools, product development and AWS/GCP/Azure cloud tools among others.  She has additional experience in IPOs, merger and acquisitions and organizational structures. 

Previously, she was the CIO/CTO LaserShip, LLC which grew from $100M to $200M before it sold to private equity in 2014. In addition, she has led IT organizations with, US Olympic Committee, Transworld Systems Inc., Sprint, Time Warner Communications and Qwest.  

Kathy serves on several board of directors including the Tyson’s Regional Chamber,and has a BA degree from University of Nebraska and an MA in Computer Resource Management from Webster University.
