Dr. Rhonda Farrell, D.Sc., J.D., CISSP, CSSLP, CCMP, CMQ/OE, CSQE is a Cybersecurity Change Management Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). She is an ISSA International Distinguished Fellow and is the Co-Founder of the Women in Security Special Interest Group (WIS SIG). She serves on multiple non-profit boards and leadership committees in the cyber, innovation, quality, and STEM areas, passionately pursuing strategic partnerships which actively enhance youth and adult success opportunities internationally.
