Since 2003, Drew Crowder has been part of the development of the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. During that time he has designed and built more than 250 community amenities across the DC Metro area and building in nearly half a dozen states in the region. In addition to his local design, construction and development acumen, Drew is the PR chair for Metro Washington Mensa, an international organization with over 130,000 members. He is also an accomplished chef, professional gamer, TV personality, streamer and published author with over 200,000 books sold. His entertainment and event experience goes back over a decade when he began building the Hashtag family of companies under the umbrella of its parent company DC Entertainment Solutions. Drew, (called Hashtag by the kids), has been the driving force and investor behind Hashtag since its inception in 2006, creating and fostering the growth and development of each branch of the company and managing the workforce and workflow of each. Due to this, he cultivates a collaborative approach to be able to manage and delegate based on collective ability, allowing for an instructional method to his assignment of duties. He opened his first Hashtag Arena in 2018, and has expansion plans for 6 more facilities in 2021, forging the way for innovative community centers for gaming and STEM across the country.
